When my WGR614 from Netgear was smoked by a monster voltage spike, I decided Netgear was the way to go again since the WGR614 was, hands down, the easiest wireless router install I'd ever done. Not so with this one. The order of steps is different between the printed owner sheet and the instructions contained in the CD. Neither worked. A call to tech support resulted in reaching a disinterested tech who'd obviously never seen one of these units. No help there. I returned this one and then ordered another WGR614 here on Amazon.
