ASUS Eee Top ET2400INT-B121E 23.6-Inch Touchscreen All-In-One Desktop PC (Black) Review

Made in China. Packaged very well. NOT with the messy, crappy styrofoam that breaks up into little pieces. NO fumey, toxic odors. Arrived in its original factory sealed box, without secondary packaging. Purchased through Amazon as Black Friday Lightning Deal for $900.
Boots up and shuts down very fast, so far. I have to wait and see when I eventually load more stuff onto it. Visually as nice as a real good Sony laptop. Sound quality is real nice. Easy to set up and use. Touchscreen is solid, recessed about 1/4 inch. Its casing is plastic, smooth and shiny black. Front two legs of monitor raise its base 1.5 inch off the surface. This allows its included WIRED keyboard (15W x 5.5D x 0.75H) and mouse to slide underneath. I use my own wireless keyboard and mouse for my convenience. Its power brick is quite large at approximately 6 x 3 x 1.5H inches. It gets very warm, but not too hot to touch.
23W x 18.25H x 6D inches was needed for my setup. Depth would depend on the angle you set the rear adjustable third leg of the monitor. Power button and disc player are on the right side facing the monitor. Left side has 2 USB, 1 media card slot, 1 headset, 1 microphone jack. Back of monitor (close to side with USB and jacks) has 4 more USB, ethernet cable in, antenna in, and power cord. Speakers are just below the monitor, facing me, at a small angle away from me.
No manufacturer will produce a perfect 5 star computer. The only way to achieve this is to build your own.
